Owner / Head Coach

Kerrie has over a decade of coaching experience working with a diverse range of individuals, both men and women, from complete beginners to the more advanced. Kerrie has specialised qualifications in Pre and Postnatal Training, Long Term Conditions and Weightlifting, meaning you’ll receive unparalleled, personal guidance, whatever your circumstances. Kerrie's goal is to make your health and fitness a truly satisfying journey, transforming any prior experience into a FULLER lifestyle where your goals are not just reached, but surpassed.

Kerrie enjoys taking part in team competitions such as HYROX and ATHX. At home, she shares her life with her husband, son, 4 Jack Russell Terriers and a cat.
ELEANOR STRUTT
Owner / Resident Clinical Pharmacist
Eleanor is a clinical pharmacist with experience working in a community and GP practice setting. An expert in lifestyle medicine with a passion for helping clients to live a FULLER lifestyle., Ele works together with clients to review key health metrics including blood sugar, blood cholesterol, blood pressure and basal metabolic rate.
Ele leverages this data to make evidence based recommendations regarding nutrition, supplements and habits to improve overall wellness. Ele is currently working towards a clinical diploma.

In her spare time Ele loves to travel and spend time with her husband, family and friends. She loves to train and heads up the support team at fitness competitions.
CLAIRE WILSON
Yoga Instructor

Claire began teaching in the fitness industry at the age of 21 and has always felt a deep passion for 'passing on the baton' of movement.
In her 30s, Claire was first introduced to yoga by an incredibly inspirational teacher who demonstrated that age is no barrier to practising yoga; yoga truly is for everyone. Claire is now hugely passionate about showing others that age should never be a barrier to exercise. For her, what truly matters is the mind and body, not the number of years lived.
Through her offerings, Claire aims to show people that yoga is much more than exercise. It strengthens the mind, promotes better mental health, and fosters a more harmonious way of living.

At FULLER FITNESS our premium membership is not just a gym membership. Whilst both our memberships cover every facet of fitness, our LIFESTYLE membership also covers every aspect of health. Unlimited HYBRID classes are included, ensuring members participate in, and train across a balanced programme. On top of that, 3 SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING sessions are included each week. SGPT sessions have one coach to a maximum of 8 members, meaning you will receive personalised attention and coaching.

However, it is away from the gym equipment where FULLER FITNESS is truly unique and an innovator within the fitness industry. Each LIFESTYLE member will have access to our resident in-house Clinical Pharmacist, Eleanor. Every month,, Ele will review our LIFESTYLE members' relevant metrics such as blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol and body fat percentage. She will then leverage this data to make evidence based recommendations regarding nutrition, supplements, habits and more, to improve these key metrics and boost overall health.

If you want the freedom to train in any session up to 6 days a week but are not in need of Eleanor's services then a Lifestyle Lite option is available.

FUNCTIONAL 3​

This membership is designed for those that are looking to be able to train with us up to 3 times per week. Offering 2 SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING sessions and a Hybrid session of your choice, along with personalised Calorie and Protein targets, this membership will help you reach your training goals in a flexible way.

BABY FRIENDLY
​
At FULLER FITNESS we know how hard it is to find time for yourself when you have young children. We also know how expensive childcare is, which is why we've designed our BABY FRIENDLY membership. This membership offers access to 2, baby friendly, SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING sessions each week, where you can bring your pre-school children with you. In addition to these sessions, BABY FRIENDLY members will have access to our resident in-house Clinical Pharmacist, Eleanor, with the same benefits as our LIFESTYLE members.

ROLLING 8
​
Consisting of 8 Hybrid sessions per month with no weekly usage limit, this membership is perfect for those working shift patterns that make regular training difficult. Our HYBRID sessions include POWER, HYROX ENGINE, CARDIO, METCON, HYROX CAPACITY and YOGA, and focus on improving cardiovascular fitness, strength and mobility.

Not ready to commit to a membership yet? Fancy trying us out but nervous about your current fitness levels? Our 4 session packs are a fantastic way to try our Hybrid training where all exercises can be scaled to all fitness levels.
HYBRID SESSIONS
EXPLAINED
In our HYBRID sessions you'll find POWER, HYROX ENGINE, CARDIO, METCON, HYROX CAPACITY, and YOGA. Available to both our LIFESTYLE and HYBRID members, you'll find a balanced programme running across the week enabling you to train for Strength, Hypertrophy and Cardiovascular Endurance in a supervised and guided, large group setting.

Carefully designed sessions combine compound lifts with specific isolated movements and dynamic, explosive exercises to build your strength and power.

HYROX ENGINE
Build your aerobic endurance with continuous, interval, and circuit training, to make those long workouts more comfortable.

Get friendly with pure cardio in these high intensity sessions designed to raise the heart rate.

METCON
Multiple, shorter, sharper workouts within each session aimed at increasing your efficiency when it comes to energy use.
